What is the wait time for an order?
Most items are already made/in stock ready for dispatch. It can take up to 5 business days for your item to dispatch from our stocking place.
What if my parcel is sent back to The Inclusivity Hub?
If your parcel has not been collected from your local post office within 10 business days, you will be charged the cost of the parcel being returned to Miss Inclusivity and cost of re-shipping.
As a small business, we are charged for an item to be returned to sender. We will not cover costs associated with this due to parcels not being picked up.
It is your responsibility to check your postal address at the time of the order. The Inclusivity Hub is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will occur at the customer's expense.
If you make a mistake on the address in your order, please ensure you contact The Inclusivity Hub ASAP prior to dispatch to ensure we can work together to rectify this issue, if the order has already been dispatched, we cannot alter the address with AusPost.

What happens if my order gets damaged or lost?
Your parcel is not covered with any insurance and The Inclusivity Hub will not be held liable or compensate the buyer for any Lost, Damaged or Stolen parcels.
If issues arise situated around the dispatch period, please contact AusPost or your local post office to liase and fix the issue.
How long will it take to get my order?
We use a combination of Australia Post and delivery times can vary from 1-7 business days within Australia.
Please Note:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be in the original packaging.
We do not offer returns on digital downloads.
